TechONE Terms, Conditions and Warranty Information

We understand that there are many options available to you in purchasing your computer hardware and we greatly appreciate you putting your trust in TechONE. We are committed to making sure that your computer hardware purchasing experience is a pleasurable one. If, however, you do experience problems, please call or E-Mail the TechONE Service Department.

  • All memory products have a one-year warranty.
  • All CPUs have a 20-day limited warranty excluding physical damage.
  • Products returned must be in original condition, have an RMA Number, and a copy of the invoice.
  • 20% restocking fee on returns for non-defective products.
  • There is a $50.00 charge for each returned check.

All claims for shipping error/damage must be made within 2 days after product is received.


NOTICE: Past due invoices will be assessed a service charge of 1.5% per month until paid.

TechONE RMA Policy:

1. TechONE reserves the right to either replace, credit, refuse or refund any returned product.

2. Returned product (other than defective) must not be used or plugged in, or the RMA will be void and will be returned and you will be responsible for payment (if any) of said product.

3. You are allowed 7 days from the date your RMA # is given to return the product. After 7 days you must have a new RMA # issued, and there may be a restocking charge added.

4. The product must be sent back as directed or it may be refused. The return shipping charge will be paid by the customer unless an agreement is made at the time the RMA # is given. The returned product is to be packed in static-free packages and cannot be sent via U.S. mail. Unauthorized shipping charges will be refused or billed to the customer.

5. Product being returned on an RMA, must have the RMA # on the outside of the shipping container (or it will be refused), and include either a packing slip or a copy of the invoice the original product was shipped on.

6. To obtain an RMA #, you need to have the invoice # you bought the product on. Contact the RMA dept. for a form. Complete the form (which includes the part #, quantity, specific problem, invoice #, invoice date, etc.) and fax it back to us. Incompatibility of manufacturer is not guaranteed and will only be considered for replacement, etc. if product has not been used or plugged in.

7. After your completed RMA form has been received, you will be issued an RMA # within 2 business days.

8. If the product received is not our product, or if the product is ruined beyond repair, it will be returned to you.
